By opening this website, submitting a form, starting a chat, or calling +1 (719) 800-2637, you agree to this document. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not place an order. These terms cover visitors and customers.

Rockers Auto Parts LLC is an independent auto-parts reseller. We locate new parts through distributors and makers, and quality used parts through checked dismantlers. Sales are made to the customer — we are not a factory, dealer group, or OEM. Brand names appear only so you can identify a compatible part.

A form, VIN decode, or chat is a request for help, not a finished purchase. Price, condition, tax, and freight are confirmed by a specialist before anything is charged.

When you order by phone you confirm that:

• We may charge the card or other method you give for the agreed total, including tax and shipping.
• The year, make, model, VIN, and notes you provide are accurate as far as you know.
• Confirmations and tracking go to the email or number you leave with us.
• Calls may be recorded so we can train staff and resolve disputes.
• A quoted price is good at the time of the call and can change later if stock moves.

We cross-check the vehicle data you give against part numbers and catalog notes before we recommend a piece. That review is careful, but it is not a substitute for your own check before the part is installed.

• You are responsible for giving complete, correct vehicle information.
• Lift kits, tuners, swapped engines, or other non-stock work can change fitment. Tell us about those changes when you call. If they are not noted on the order, our fitment help does not cover them.
• If a part does not fit an unmodified vehicle as you described, contact us. Resolution follows the Returns page.

Amounts are in U.S. dollars. We can update published or quoted prices at any time. A typo on the site or on a call does not lock us into a wrong number — we will reach you to confirm the real price before we process the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We do not keep full card numbers on this website after the charge is complete.

Returns follow the Returns policy, which is part of these terms. In short:

• Eligible unused parts may come back within 10 days of delivery.
• You must get a return authorization before you ship anything to us.
• Buyer-initiated returns (changed mind, ordered the wrong piece) carry a 15% restocking charge.
• Return freight is free only when we sent the wrong item or the item is defective. Otherwise you pay to send it back.
• The original outbound shipping charge is not refunded unless the return is our error or a defect.
• Approved refunds typically post in 5–7 business days to the original method.

New parts carry the maker’s warranty only. Rockers does not add a second warranty on top of that. Used parts may include a limited supplier warranty, written at the time of sale; length and coverage vary by piece and source.

Start a claim with us at support@rockersautoparts.com or +1 (719) 800-2637. We will work the claim with the maker or supplier. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rockers Auto Parts LLC and its people are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages from the site or a part.
• Vehicle damage, injury, or property loss from installing or using a purchased part.
• Shop labor, towing, rental cars, or lost use tied to a return or warranty claim.
• Lost income or profit connected to a part issue.

If we are liable for a claim, the most we will pay is the amount you paid for the specific part that caused the claim.

Catalog notes, VIN results, and fitment hints come from third-party data and maker files. We work to keep them current, but we do not promise the site is free of errors. Do not use the site for illegal activity, to break its security, or to disrupt other visitors.

Text, layout, logos, and software on this site belong to Rockers Auto Parts LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international law. Do not copy, republish, or build on that material without written permission. Vehicle and part brand marks belong to their owners.

If you opt in to texts — usually by saying yes on a call to +1 (719) 800-2637 — you agree that we may send transactional messages about that order or inquiry: tracking, invoices, part photos, support replies, and missed-call notes. This is not an ad list.

• How often you hear from us depends on the order.
• We do not charge for texts. Your wireless plan may. Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not responsible for late or missing messages.
• Reply STOP to cancel. We will confirm and then stop unless you opt in again.

How we store your number and consent is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without using conflict rules that would point somewhere else. Disputes will be heard in state or federal court in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

We can update these terms at any time. The new version applies when it is posted. The “Last reviewed” date will change. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
