01
When an order starts moving
Paid, in-stock orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are often pulled that day when the warehouse confirms the piece. After that cutoff, or on a weekend, the next business day is typical. Some parts need extra time to pick, inspect, and pack. You get a confirmation with a tracking number when the carton is tendered.
02
Carriers we use
We choose a carrier from the options below based on size, weight, ZIP, and the speed you approved:
- UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight
- FedEx Ground and Express
- USPS Priority and First Class (lighter parcels and many APO/FPO addresses)
03
How long delivery usually takes
These clocks start after the order is processed, not at the moment you submit a form:
- Standard: about 5–7 business days in most of the lower 48.
- Express: about 1–2 business days, at an added charge.
- Same-day or overnight: available on selected SKUs and ZIPs, at an added charge, and only when the specialist confirms it on the call.
Times are estimates. Weather, peak volume, and remote ZIPs can add a day. Weekends and federal holidays do not count as business days.
04
What shipping costs
Freight is based on carton size, weight, destination, and the service you pick. A specialist reads the exact amount before you pay so the invoice is not a surprise. Heavy or oversize pieces can pick up carrier surcharges; we will say so on the call.
Ask whether an order qualifies for reduced or free standard shipping. Express, overnight, freight, and remote or oversize moves are quoted separately.
05
Where we ship
We ship inside the United States, including all 50 states. APO and FPO addresses are usually handled with USPS. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
06
Limits and freight
- No shipments outside the U.S.
- Hazardous goods cannot go through our standard lanes. That includes many acids, certain batteries, and flammable products. If a requested part is restricted, we will tell you before you pay.
- Engines, transmissions, and other freight pieces may move on a pallet with a longer window and a different price than a small-parcel box.
07
Tracking
After the carton scans, we send the tracking number and a carrier link to the email or phone on the order. If three business days pass after a paid, in-stock order and you still have no tracking, call +1 (719) 800-2637 or email support@rockersautoparts.com.
08
Lost, late, or crushed boxes
If a package is late past the quoted window, arrives crushed, or never shows, contact us as soon as you can. We will open a case with the carrier. Visible damage and dead-on-arrival parts are also covered on the Returns page — photograph the carton and the part and keep the packaging.
