Rockers Auto Parts LLC (“Rockers,” “we,” “us”) runs this website and the parts desk behind it. This notice applies when you browse the site, use vehicle lookup or contact forms, open live chat, call +1 (719) 800-2637, or email support@rockersautoparts.com.

We are an independent reseller. Nothing here changes that we are not a vehicle maker and are not endorsed by any OEM brand.

We collect what you give us and a limited amount of technical data from your browser.

• Identity and contact: name, mobile number, email, delivery ZIP, and mailing address when you provide them.
• Vehicle and part details: year, make, model, trim, VIN, engine notes, part name or number, and any photos or comments you attach.
• Order records: items quoted or sold, shipping choices, and payment method type. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor on the call — we do not keep full card data on this website.
• Conversations: form submissions, emails, live-chat transcripts (Tawk.to), and phone notes. Calls may be logged for training and quality.
• Site diagnostics: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL, through cookies or similar tools.

If you enter a VIN, we send it to the public NHTSA VPIC service so we can return year, make, model, and related decode fields. That service is operated by the U.S. government, not by us.

We use personal information only to run the parts desk and keep the site working.

• Match a part to the vehicle you described and confirm stock or lead time.
• Call or email you back, send tracking, and handle a return or warranty request.
• Route new requests to specialists through our internal desk tools.
• Keep records required for taxes, disputes, and consumer-protection rules.
• See which pages are slow or unused so we can fix the site.

We do not use your details to sell you unrelated products from other companies.

Rockers Auto Parts does not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. Mobile numbers and any text-message opt-in are never given to affiliates or outside marketers.

We share data only with vendors who help complete the request you started:

• Card processors, so a phone order can be charged securely.
• Carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, so a package can move and be tracked.
