Axles

Left versus right, FWD versus AWD, abs rings, and inner joint style all change the axle. A shaft that looks the same from the boot can have a different spline count, a different abs tone ring, or a different stub that will not click into the hub you have. We confirm the side, the year break, and whether the vehicle is automatic or manual when that changes the length. Send the VIN and tell us which wheel is clicking or leaking grease. We quote a complete CV axle or a shaft for the housing on that truck so the piece you get is ready to click in, not a close cousin you have to press apart. Hardware, axle nut spec, and whether the old seal should be replaced while the shaft is out are part of the conversation. Most units ship boxed so the boots are not pinched in transit.
